Mobile screen stuck and turns off during call 📱

There is a problem with the mobile screen when I raise the mobile to answer the call the screen turns off and never works again until the call ends so I cannot turn on the external speaker or end the call or do anything and I have to wait for the person calling me until he ends the call. 🤷‍♂️

Here is how to cancel turning off the screen when answering calls

To keep the screen lit when answering calls, use the following steps: 📲👌

Touch the advanced menu on the home screen.

1. Click on the phone.
2. Click on the icon in the top right.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Click on Contact Accounts.
5. Uncheck Turn on proximity sensor.
6. Once you uncheck this box, the screen will turn on when you answer a call.
